Your role as a ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

As an Account Representative at HME Specialists in Farmington, New Mexico, you will play a vital role in conducting sales calls to establish and foster relationships with key referral sources in the medical community. By creating and maintaining effective call plans, you will qualify new referrals and ensure the growth of our business. Collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will review sales territory call plans to achieve strategic objectives, while serving as the primary contact for referral sources. Your responsibilities will also include educating referral sources on the services provided by HME Specialists, working with branch management to drive sales growth, and managing the referral process efficiently. With a focus on maximizing patient outreach and providing exceptional service, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact in the medical supply industry.

To excel as an Account Representative at HME Specialists in Farmington, New Mexico, candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or three to five years of relevant experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Candidates with experience in an ancillary healthcare setting, particularly in a Post Acute organization, will be at an advantage. Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment and the healthcare industry would also be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role effectively.
